At D&D in a Castle, we want you to feel as legendary as your character; if your apparel isn't the perfect fit for your next quest, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in unworn, original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Quest

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Loot

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all magical artifacts and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Courier

  Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Claim Your Reward

  Once our master smiths inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
